The room had a stunning view of the Empire State Building, with plenty of space and a newly renovated bathroom. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay memorable and enjoyable. the location was perfect, with great dining options nearby and easy access to public transport. I appreciated the little touches like the welcome snacks and daily bottled water. the complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable, and overall, the Broadway Plaza Hotel provided excellent value for money - highly recommended for anyone visiting New York City!
